WCUMC offers FREE pilates exercise classes open to anyone who wants to participate. Pilates can be a more strenuous exercise than yoga, but can be modified for beginners. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
Registration is not mandatory, but is appreciated as it helps us determine an appropriately sized space for our class.
