The Friday class begins with a warm-up of yoga stretching and then moves into a REFIT Choreographed Cardio Dance workout. REFIT is very repetitious and easy to follow, if you're moving, you’re doing it right! We believe that REFIT is more than fitness, it is our community of relationships!
