The Alzheimer's Tsunami
Alzheimer's disease affects millions of Americans and their families. If you or someone you love is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, are you prepared to help them physically, emotionally and financially? To help provide a better understanding of the effects of
Alzheimer's disease, this presentation covers several themes, including:
- Understanding Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
- Planning for the costs associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
- Preparing and executing legal, financial and medical documents.
- Resources available for patients, caregivers and families.
A light supper will be served. Reservations are required by Wednesday, November 1st.
