At WC K!DZ, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be fun and loud, and great leaders always care!
We have many different opportunities for children from infant through 5th grade to get involved. Whether it's Sunday mornings, Wednesday night programming, tween ministries, Vacation Bible School, or other special events; we are thrilled to have your child join us as we get to know Jesus in a fun and engaging way.
WC K!DZ Policies and Information
Williamson's Chapel is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children, youth, and volunteers who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by the church. Our Safe Sanctuary Policy statements reflect our congregation's commitment to preserving this church as a holy place of safety and protection for all who would enter and as a place in which all people can experience the love of God through relationships with others. Safe Sanctuaries training and a background check is mandatory for all volunteers who work with children and/or youth. To read a copy of our Safe Sanctuary Policy click here.
Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment for your children. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer as children are dropped off and prior to handling any food items. We also use disinfectant spray on toys and in the classrooms.
We ask you, the parents and guardians to help us in our efforts. In the event your child is feeling under the weather we ask, in consideration of the other children, that he/she be allowed to recover at home. If your child has any of the following symptoms he/she will not be permitted to be dropped off for WC Kidz events, programming or childcare:
- Yellow or greenish discharge from the eyes or nose
- Heavy coughing or excessive sneezing
- A temperature over 100
- An earache or stomachache
- Vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours
- Questionable rashes
- Sore throat, unless strep has been ruled out
Additionally, if your child develops any of these symptoms in our care we will call you to pick up your child. If your child is not feeling well, but lacks any specific symptoms, please keep them home. This is best for your child and for the other children he/she may come in contact with. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping all of our children as healthy as possible!
