Flexible, detail-oriented individual wanted as the Finance & Administrative Assistant to support financial ministry work, office coverage needs, and other ministry area work as needed. Must have the ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and adjust quickly to change. Strong communication skills are very important. Hourly (non-exempt) position averaging 22 hours/week. Bookkeeping experience (especially accounts payable), and proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher, are required. Experience in church accounting processes, working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting entry system), and use of database-type applications are a plus.
